Bootcamp Style Workouts at Seattle Area Parks

TrainProLive will be hosting it's 1st annual Fit Camp 2008 featuring outdoor bootcamp style workouts for all fitness levels

This summer TrainProLive will be hosting a boot camp style workout routine in local parks. The classes will be 60-90 minutes in length and frequency will depend on demand. Camp will begin on Saturday mornings at 6:00 a.m. on June 21st. The first camp will be held at Carkeek Park and additional camp locations are to be determined depending upon participant demand. The camp is available to all ages and fitness levels. We will group you with people of the same fitness level. These workouts will be targeted at weight loss and overall body strength and conditioning. We will be doing core work, cardio, and strength training. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, build positive relationships with common goals, enjoy the outdoors while getting in shape, and to meet your fitness goals. Be sure to get your registration and payment mailed in as soon as possible – there are a limited number of participants. The first camp will consist of 20 people divided into groups of 5. After the first camp, depending on the number of registered participants, we will have more camps in other area parks. Thanks again for your interest and support of TrainProLive’s 1st Annual FitCamp.
Pricing and Scheduling:
Classes will be held M,W,F at 7:00 p.m. (for the next camp addtion), and T,THU,SAT at 6:00 a.m. for the current Carkeek location - you may attend different days and times to better fit your schedule. The camp will be held at Carkeek Park with other area parks available soon.
Pre-registration for the entire 8 week Fit Camp 2008 includes:
• 3 camp sessions per week for 8 weeks (that’s $12.50 per class!!)
• T-shirt upon camp completion
• Your own medicine ball for camp
• Light breakfast after selected (majority) of camps
• Professional Instruction from educated instructors
• A great summer workout routine in the great outdoors
All this for $300.00 plus tax ($324.00) per participant. You can mail payment with the registration form, or you can register and pay via credit card by calling 425-967-5302.
