Free Fitness Plans
This is a routine in which I have used, as well as prescribed to many clients with great success. It targets all the major muscle groups as well as the secondary (accessory) muscle groups to build overall strength and condition. The workout can be altered and modified for almost any fitness goal. This is a good workout for someone looking to get ripped up and build endurance. The body will begin to adapt in 6-8 weeks as with most programs, so you must continue to alter and confuse the muscles. This is a great program to hit at least twice a year though.
